from Megan:

The "Bitch" is a bookmark, and the "That's nice" is an ID holder. I love the fact that your products don't sugar coat anything. Finally I can put my everyday vocabulary into my craft projects!

I really enjoyed making the “whatever” project from the book! It’s for my ex-sister-in-law (we’ve known each other since first grade) and one of the things I’ve always heard her say is “whatever!” so this was perfect.

This was such a fun project and I can’t wait to do more of the designs from the book. Bwahahahahahahaha! I just have to be careful what I display around the house since my daughter is just starting to read….

I’ve attached a picture of my completed project. I got this done in an afternoon and evening (including framing it) and now I want to do more more more! I haven’t cross-stitched for about 10 years, so thank you for re-starting my interest.

I have been so inspired by your book that I've hardly stopped stitching since picking it up! I wanted to share my first attempts with you: the classic "Babies Suck", a variation on your pastel hearts, and my favourite subversive motto "Bunny Likes To Cut Things". I've turned them into cushions which can be thrown across the room in frustration, flashed at an unsuspecting passer-by or (if one must be traditional) used as a pin cushion.

The older ladies at my local Embroiderers Guild aren't quite sure how to take it, but they have been very polite and always manage to find something nice to say about the colour scheme.

Thanks for the inspiration!

One of my friends turned me onto cross stitch and yours was one of the first books i bought.. I really like the designs you present in your
book and have used them to craft some gifts for the holidays. I've
attached two photos of one of my latest projects. I was inspired by
your "Pussy got me dizzay" design and made this my ode to Missy Elliot and when the project is complete it will be a little pillow.

Thank you!!!

Thanks for coming up with such awesome designs! I'm in the process of a "Truthiness" one of my son's teachers....we in the Nation must stick together Merry F*cking Christmas!
