SHIPPING SCHEDULE as of JANUARY 4, 2012: (always check this page for an update - it's faster than everyone writing at once and waiting for a personal reply.)

Shipping times are outlined below. Thanks for your patience, we're still a small home business! Which basically means it's just me and two very uncooperative dogs doing everything ourselves.

SUPER IMPORTANT: please CHECK THE SHIPPING ADDRESS that Paypal has on record for you. That's the address I'll ship to, so making sure it's right will save a lot of heartache. We get so many packages returned to us just because Paypal has an outdated address on file.

SHIPPING TIMES:
You have THREE CHOICES for shipping:

1. First-class shipping is free and your order will usually leave here within 3-5 business days (and take a few more days to get to your house if you're in the US; up to 10 days if in Canada or elsewhere). If you need it faster, please add Priority Mail shipping.

2. Priority Mail - We do our best to ship these orders within 1-3 days and they usually arrive in 2-5 business days within the US. I do not use tracking numbers unless requested, because I use a postage meter. Also, I don't find USPS tracking numbers to be very useful.

If you need something to arrive by a certain date, PLEASE email me and let me know! I don't use tracking numbers because I use a postage meter and also, in my experience, postal service tracking numbers don't amount to much as they do with FedEx or UPS.

3. International shipping (anything outside the US): add a flat rate of $5.00 for First-Class International Flat rate. These orders ship like our regular orders, it takes a few days to fill them. They usually take 7-10 business days to arrive. We can ship faster via International Priority if needed; contact me for rates.

If you're in a TIZZY, you can always get instant PDF patterns through our PDF shop. OR email me for FedEx rates; or I can use your account number. I can also ship UPS.

I do everything in my power to see that you get your goodies in time, but you have to fill me in on the details. I'm here to help! Special request? Gift card message? Yeah, I'll be glad to do that. But please remember, we are an indie business and it all takes time! Thanks for understanding.
